| Best time to visit:-
Summer: Auli is good during the summer season from April to mid-June. The calm and pleasant summer sun and evening make the trek more pleasant.
Monsoon: In monsoon, the trek route is muddy and slippery. It is better to avoid risky places trekking in this season.
Spring: The spring month from mid-September to early November is considered the best time to do some treks in Auli or Joshimath. Trekking is fun with lush greenery all around and calm weather.
Winter: Auli is best in winter because you get snow-covered meadows for Skiing or Snowboarding which is the main thing in Auli winter. Auli also organises Nation and International winter sports.
