Otherwise, we do not sell or share this information with any third parties.

The purchase of any travel services offered by OnMap (hereinafter referred to as ‘OnMap’) constitutes a contractual arrangement between OnMap (‘First Party’) and Client (hereinafter referred to as ‘You’) (‘Second Party ‘). Both Parties are from now on referred to as (‘Parties’). Booking of services with OnMap represents your unconditional acceptance of the terms & conditions set out herein. These terms and conditions shall be binding on you and all the travel companions booked by you. The weather changes in minutes causing injury and death, beyond OnMap control. OnMap does its best to reduce all types of risks, discomfort and hazard to the best of its ability (within financial constraints), yet there are chances of accidents, mishaps and deficiency in service. Ergo, you must agree with these terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read and understand these terms before confirming your booking.  

| Promotions

Pictures used on the website and collateral are meant for marketing purposes. These do not imply the inclusion of the pictorial content to be a part of your vacation or any guarantee that you will experience, encounter or view whatever is depicted through the pictures.  

| Submission of Documents 

All the required documents will be shared with you along with the booking email and are required to be submitted in advance (must be submitted before your trek start date). OnMap is not responsible for your trip formalities not being completed in time or for the absence of essential documents. We reserve the right to terminate your trek with immediate action and in this case, there will be no full or partial refund.  

| Legal Compliance 

You agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding your use of our Website. OnMap reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of our Legal Terms and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to cancelling your Member account, reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your profile, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information, as allowed under our Privacy Policy. 

| Limited License

OnMap grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our Website strictly in accordance with our Legal Terms. Your use of our Website is solely for the purposes as provided herein. 

| Confirmation Policy:

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking. In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email. Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed. 

| Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy is divided into 3 parts 

• 15 days Before
• 15 to 7 days Before
• 7 days and less

| Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days. All applicable refunds will be credited to the client’s respective account. 

| Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your debit card, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@onmaptour.com.
